Jotrea is operated by Sparky Vilsaint, based in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Jotrea mobile application.For privacy questions, contact [email protected].2. Information Stored on Your Device
Jotrea stores the information you enter for personal tracking locally on your device. This includes medication records and schedules, weight entries, health notes, and app preferences.You do not need to create a Jotrea account to use the app.Locally stored records are distinct from information processed by the subscription, analytics, and other services described below. Device backup and restoration settings may also affect copies of locally stored information.3. Subscriptions and Purchases
Jotrea uses RevenueCat to manage subscription access. RevenueCat processes information such as an app-user identifier, purchase history, and subscription status to validate purchases, restore access, and manage paid features.Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, depending on your device. Jotrea does not receive your full payment-card details.For more information, see RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy, Apple’s Privacy Policy, and Google’s Privacy Policy.4. Analytics and Technical Information
Where enabled, Jotrea uses Google Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand app usage and identify performance issues.Depending on the service and configuration, information processed may include app or browser identifiers, device and operating-system information, pages or screens visited, feature interactions, and performance measurements. Network requests expose an IP address to the receiving service; analytics services may use it to derive an approximate location.The current Google Analytics implementation, when enabled, includes events for onboarding, medication changes, dose and weight logging, exports, and notification setup. Onboarding and medication-change events include the selected medication name. This is separate from uploading your complete medication history or health notes.For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy and Vercel’s Privacy Policy.5. Optional Features and Communications
Apple Health: On supported iOS devices, you may authorize Jotrea to read weight information from or write weight information to Apple Health. You control these permissions through your device’s Health settings. Apple Health integration is not available in the Android app.Exports and sharing: If you export or share a report, the information included in that report is transferred to the location, app, or recipient you select. Copies outside Jotrea are subject to that destination’s handling practices.Reviewer access: On Android, entering a reviewer code sends that code to Jotrea’s validation service hosted by Vercel. The service processes the request to verify access and prevent abuse. Hosting and security services may process request metadata, such as IP addresses. Successful activation stores a reviewer-access grant on the device.Support: If you contact us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. Please avoid sending sensitive health information unless necessary for your request.6. How Information Is Used
Information is used to:Provide personal tracking, reminders, and other app features.
Validate subscriptions and restore paid access.
Process reviewer-access requests.
Understand feature usage and diagnose technical problems where analytics or performance monitoring is enabled.
Respond to support inquiries.
We do not sell your personal information.7. Storage, Retention, and Security
Locally stored tracking records remain on your device until you delete them or the app’s stored data is removed. Exported files and device backups may remain separately.Subscription records, technical information, and support communications have separate retention practices. Deleting local app data does not automatically delete information held by external services.Jotrea’s reviewer-validation connection uses HTTPS, and RevenueCat encrypts information in transit. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.8. Your Choices
You can remove locally stored Jotrea records through Settings > Delete All Data.This action does not:Cancel a subscription.
Delete records held by RevenueCat, Apple, Google, or other service providers.
Remove exported reports, backups, or records already written to Apple Health.
Manage subscriptions through the store where you purchased them. Manage notification and Apple Health permissions through your device settings.Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning access, correction, or deletion of personal information. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests. Applicable legal requirements and permitted retention may affect how a request is handled.9. Intended Audience
Jotrea is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected].10. Changes and Contact

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Jotrea ("the App"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Jotrea is a tracking and educational tool only. It is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or replace your healthcare provider. Always consult your doctor or pharmacist before making any changes to your medication regimen.
3. Data & Privacy
Your medication records, weight entries, and health notes are stored locally on your device. Features you choose to use, such as exporting or sharing a report, may transfer that information to a destination you select.Jotrea uses third-party services to support subscriptions and, where enabled, analytics and performance monitoring. These services may process purchase history, app-user or device identifiers, and usage or technical information. See our Privacy Policy for details about how information is handled. We do not sell your personal information.You can remove locally stored Jotrea data using Settings > Delete All Data. This does not cancel your subscription or delete information retained by subscription, payment, or analytics providers. Subscriptions must be managed through the store where you purchased them.
4. No Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
